Warren Gibson
Complex, toasty notes. Attractive. Rich and long palate with toasty complexity. Some synergy with the dish

Meg Brodtmann
The first impression is of toasty honey overlaying ripe stone fruit peach and nectarine. The palate is soft with loads of toast and honey from the age. Finishes clean and fresh. Lovely. Pretty well matched. The wine has enough complexity to support the salt and earthiness of the celeriac.

Dr Ken Dobler
Pale straw gold but still with hints of green. Enticing lanolin, toast and citrus aromas. Whilst showing some delicious complex developed flavours the palate retains freshness and fruit drive making this an exceptional wine.

Brent Marris
Green straw, hints of toastyness, slight grapefruit notes with green apple undertones from the nose right through to the palate. Great texture, length and finishes with a hint of nuttiness. The Celeriac dish adds dimension to this wine. A good match.

Ying Tan
Light gold. Oily, waxy, toasted apple nose. Med-bodied, dry, lightly toasty, apple balanced. Dry, toasty biscuit finish. Long. Celeriac emphasizes the Semillon nuttiness and waxy toasty apple fruit.

Sue Bastian
Pale to mid yellow gold, glossy to look at with hints of green. Intense lemongrass notes, with hints of fresh, dry straw. These flavours follow on palate with some lovely toasted brioche. Great balance of acid and flavour. This has enough fruit to match this dish.
