Judges' Comments

Kym Milne
Creamy, green apple, nutty aromas. Complex palate, creamy and green apple like acid freshness, oyster shell notes, long.

Stuart Halliday
Restrained nose, bright acid on the palate, pulls up a touch short. Some residual sugar obvious. Pleasant aperitif style

Oliver Masters
Nice bright pale gold colour, bit closed on nose, nice mealy and enticing fresh oyster shell dry plate, gentle fine mouse. The dryness and density works well with ravioli food dish it was paired with

Natasha Hughes
Brisk sparkling wine with simple citrus and orchard fruit. Not particularly long or complex.

Corey Ryan
A touch brassy in colour, lifted savoury aromatics. A focused acidity, tight steely style. Youthful focused steely.

Matthew Deller
Taut, restrained, mineral Brut style. Subdued, vinous aromas, citrus, chalk, hazelnut, bready autolysis. Medium density and focus. Linear mineral acidity. Medium length, yeasty finish. Food makes the wine appear neutral.
