Judges' Comments

Stuart Halliday
A rich more complex wine, textured mouthfeel, medium level of sweetness

Oliver Masters
Pale lemon gold colour, Lovely citrus lemon zest nose, elegant fine palate. Lovely match with pork rillettees

Natasha Hughes
Intense lime cordial nose. Some real mid-palate weight, with bright acidity to balance the rich sweetness. Not hugely complex.

Corey Ryan
Hint amber hues, lifted floral citrus melon and limes. Textural wine chewy robust good intensity richness. Complements the port rillettes and mini gherkin dish very well. Has good acidity and texture.

Matthew Deller
Medium pale lemon gold. Flinty, lemonade, lemon blossom, mineral. Auslese style with some honeyed sweetness balanced by linear acidity. Elegant, refined palate with good length. Food accentuates the sweetness of the wine.
