300g Picked crab meat
1 finely chopped spring onion
½ diced avocado
2T of parsley, chopped
2T of chives, chopped
½ Lemon - the juice and grated rind
1 Lemon juiced
Shaved radish to serve
Combine crab, mayonnaise, onion, avocado, herbs and spices,
season with salt.
