For the first time in eleven years, this event will be held in Sydney. Three quality wines of similar style, mainly from the Competition’s Library Cellar are presented blind to complement each of the five carefully considered and rehearsed food courses. *Several of these are “last chance” wines, with little or no opportunity of obtaining additional stocks locally. Depending on attendance numbers at the Dinner and depending on how the bottles open, we may need to substitute similar “back-up” wines. We have many similar “back-up” wines available.

During the Dinner, each of the Judges will speak to a bracket of wines and the food combination. Judges will be seated amongst our other diners. Depending on final numbers, there should be at least two judges at each dining table. Judges change tables half way through the dinner. You should be seated with at least three or four of our International Panellists.
