Judges' Comments

Stuart Halliday
Sweet and juicy mouthfeel. Crunch green apple acidity, refreshing

Oliver Masters
Pale gold, subtle citrus nose, fine pure palate, nice mineral sherbet fruit sweetness. Nice match with pork rillettees

Natasha Hughes
Zesty lemon lime character. A bit syrupy on mid-palate, but also has bright acidity.

Corey Ryan
Near clear in colour, lifted floral notes spicy, lavender sweet chewy fleshy wine good intensity robust. Robust textural wine works better with the pork rillettes and gherkins than stand alone.

Matthew Deller
Pale, Lemon appearance. Aromatic, lemon, lemongrass, ginger. Tart acidity balanced by sweetness, some phenolics. Medium length. Food accentuates the concentration of the wine and the liveliness of the acidity.
